By creating an account or using humanapplyhub.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you're using the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms for them.

2. What Human Apply Hub Provides

The Service includes:

• ATS Match — a free tool that compares your resume against a job description and returns a match score, keyword gaps, and a tailoring checklist.
• Specialist-assisted services, for users who opt in — resume curating, LinkedIn optimization, applying to roles on your behalf, ongoing search and application tracking, interview support, mock interviews with experienced engineers, general job support, and help reviewing offer letters.

These specialist-assisted services involve real people working on your search, not just automated software. Availability, response times, and specifics of the service may vary.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away at hello@humanapplyhub.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Honesty, From You and From Us

We built Human Apply Hub around one rule: no one's experience gets fabricated, exaggerated, or misrepresented — not by our tools, not by our specialists, and not on your behalf. In turn, you agree to provide accurate information about your background, skills, and experience. We will not add claims to your resume, LinkedIn profile, or applications that you can't honestly support, even if asked.

Where specialist-assisted services are used, you retain the right to review and approve your resume and LinkedIn profile before anything is sent out or published on your behalf.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Human Apply Hub helps you search, apply, and prepare more effectively — it does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your qualifications, the job market, and employer preferences. Nothing in our marketing, this Service, or communications from a specialist should be understood as a promise of a job offer or placement.

6. Fees

Human Apply Hub is currently offered free of charge. If we introduce paid plans or fees for specific services in the future, we'll clearly communicate the pricing and get your agreement before charging you anything — you'll never be billed without advance notice and your consent.

7. Third-Party Job Boards and Employers

When your specialist applies to roles on your behalf, applications may be submitted through third-party job boards, applicant-tracking systems, or directly to employers. We aren't responsible for those third parties' decisions, policies, or how they handle your information once an application is submitted to them — their own terms and privacy practices apply to that step.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false information about your identity or qualifications for us to use in applications.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any third party's rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access to the Service without our written permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and content, is owned by Human Apply Hub. You retain ownership of your resume, personal content, and any materials you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis or advice will lead to a particular outcome.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Apply Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, or employment, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the Service.

13. Governing Law
